Flounce top Dress size XL - Birthday Wish crinkle

A beautiful flounce top maxi dress with spaghetti straps. It is hand dyed using a ice cubes and Procion fiber reactive dye. The wind was blowing while I was taking pictures, which helps show under the flounce top :)
